| We warrant the instruments we sell for one year from the date of purchase. We will replace or repair, free of charge, any part or parts of the instrument as needed through normal use of the instrument. This includes the bridge, sound-post, pegs, tuners, chin rest, but excluding strings. We will also make any adjustments such as string heights, other bridge adjustments, and sound post adjustments free of charge. "Normal use of the instrument" does entail, but is not limited to, the attached Care of Stringed Instruments.
All costs of return shipping are the responsibility of the owner of the instrument. Please call us any time we can be of service. We are always glad to answer any questions you might have about your instrument. PLEASE NOTE: We strongly recommend that you insure your complete outfit (instrument, case, and bows) with an "all risks" insurance policy. This type of policy covers theft, fire damage, and accidental damage. | |||
